For any direct damages, our maximum aggregate liability will be limited to the lesser of the total amounts paid by you to Sereno Finance in the 12 months prior to the claim or 100 EUR equivalent in MXN at the time of the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Querétaro, México.

12. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, you and Sereno Finance will attempt to resolve it informally by contacting the other party. The informal resolution period is 30 days from the date notice is provided. If no resolution is reached, either party may pursue remedies in the courts specified in the governing law clause.

13. Termination

Sereno Finance may suspend or terminate access to the site or user accounts for violations of these Terms, with or without prior notice, when necessary to protect the service or other users. Surviving clauses after termination include Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

14. Modifications

Sereno Finance may modify these Terms. Changes become effective 14 days after posting on the site. We will post the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
